AfCFTA REPORT 2022 Final

The aim of this report is to provide progress to the operationalisation of the African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement (AfCFTA) awareness campaign project, with a total budget of four million nine hundred and twenty-one thousand Kenya shillings (Ksh.4,921,000).

The report is based on project activities which included; capacity building workshops in two urban cities namely Nairobi in Kenya and Kigali in Rwanda as well as in three border towns of Namanga (Tanzania/Kenya), Malaba (Kenya/Uganda) and Gisenyi (Rwanda/DRC), social media awareness campaigns and three webinars as outlined in the terms of reference and the contract signed by GIZ, EAC and TradeSmart Consult Ltd.
