Dr. Thomas Kimeli Cheruiyot is currently a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and Organisation Studies. His Doctoral thesis was on “Strategic Social Responsibility and Competitiveness”.

His areas of research interests include, among others, corporate social responsibility and governance, strategic management, human resource management, and entrepreneurship.
