Susan Lebuluz is a Gender expert with over six years of experience working in development projects in Kenya. Her past assignments had focused on promoting gender equity, youth inclusion, women’s economic empowerment, and financial inclusion in Agricultural sector in different organization including SNV and Agriterra.

Susan’s expertise in gender equity has enabled her to make significant contributions to the field. Through her work, she has helped to develop policies and programs that promote gender equality and women/ youth economic empowerment. Her contributions have included advocating for equal representation of women in leadership positions, supporting women entrepreneurs and inclusivity of youth in development. She strongly advocates for creating more equitable and inclusive spaces for all.

Susan holds a Masters degree in management of Development (Gender and social inclusion) from Van Hall Lareinstein Netherlands and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in (Economics and Sociology from University of Nairobi)
