Uwimana Fidele is a Rwandan trade expert working as a professional consultant. He is a TRAPCA alumnus with an MSc in International Trade Policy and Trade Law (Lund University). He is an international trade policy and trade law professional with over 5 years of experience in trade facilitation, rules of origin, financial inclusion, and MSMEs traders’ capacity building. He is currently employed as a professional consultant at TradeSmart Consult Ltd.
